I can not say enough good things Jessica Riffle. She is amazing from start to finish in a visit. Very knowledgeable, helpful and direct. Just this week alone I had am emergency and I have called three times without a phone call back and I have sent a portal message with no response. It is frustrating as a patient that you can not get a nurse to triage your questions or concerns.
I'm not sure if its her staff or because they don't make money on following up with non-billable concerns but I cannot get a call back from her. She is my dad's doctor and will not return calls to discuss his pressing health issues.
Listens to you and discusses options that are available. Very compassionate and makes sure you know that she is willing to help you
She listens to you, ask you many questions and the rest of the office staff are efficient and kind. Now that they are moving to Five Points, it will be even closer to me.
