We had a wonderful experience buying our house in the Poconos with Jess! Her level of responsiveness was seriously off the charts, and when it came time to fight for a higher appraisal with the bank, her technical expertise shone as well! She gave us some strong support for the house being worth more and the bank did end up bumping up the appraisal. She also facilitated communication between us and the seller’s side impressively fast! Thanks Jess!

Jessica has been a wonderful buyer’s agent and guided me through purchasing my first home. She communicated seamlessly with the lender, title company, appraiser, inspector, and everyone involved, ensuring everything stayed on track for closing. She consistently supported me and reminded me of each step I needed to complete, which made the entire experience smooth and far less stressful. I’m truly grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend working with her.

We found Jessica during COVID when the market was hot. She was always so patient and super responsive. If she didn’t have the answers, she would always get them for us. She helped us close on our amazing home. Five years later we can still rely on her for answers related to realestate and homeownership. She’s always happy to help. We are so blessed to have made this kismet connection!
