I would not recommend. After waiting 7 1/2 weeks to be seen for my plantar faciaitis. I got a walking boot to wear for 9 weeks. She didn't X-ray my foot. She didn't wrap it. My foot started to flare it up at the end of those 9 weeks. I got put on anti inflammatory for the 3rd time. The pain would only go away while I was on them. Then flare up again a week of being off them. I went back and got the cortisol shot at the end of October. It lasted 6 weeks. And it's just been flaring up on and off again up into present.
