Patient kind & understanding.
I was a first time patient with this Dr. Mine was not available. She was friendly, kind, and seemed concerned to help me with why i was there. We got everything fixed and on my way i went. She did a great job and so did the staff who helped. I would see her again.
I chose Jessica as Iam new to Alpena. I need a primary care provider and I've had one visit so far. It went well.Jessica is nice and knowledgeable and I will continue to see her for my visits.
