Wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable. Very easy personality, my son just loves her !! Doctor answers all our questions, very accomodating to our schedule. But the best part - results are great !!! What a difference from before and after!!!
Both of my daughters had awful looking teeth since the teeth were started to grow when they were 5! They both had underbite. Lucky that my doctor friend recommended Dr. Chung to us when their teeth were just the baby teeth, so that she could start shaping their jaw alignment before they start wearing braces. Now they both have beautiful smiles and everyone told us how beautiful they are! Dr. Chung is a perfectionist and very caring! I am always thankful to Dr. Chung for what she did on my girls
Dr. Jessica is a wonderful person and a knowledgeable orthodontist. As an adult who never wore braces I was very apprehensive of the whole process. Dr. Jessica explained to me the procedure, time commitment and financial commitment up front. I took ~a month researching before committing to her clinic. In my 2.5 years of treatment with her, of the ~16 visits I have always been seen promptly and most visits were short, with two kids and NYC commute this was important to me. Results are amazing!!
Dr.Jessica really cares about each patient as an individual. She takes on hard cases using Invisalign, where most doctors would not attempt to. I would strongly recommend her office to anyone in need of orthodontic treatment.
I'm not sure I've felt strongly enough about a doctor to write a negative review, but I'm nearly in tears every time I leave this office. Extremely long wait times (I'm talking 30-40 minutes on a good day). More than once I have waited over an hour, and that was just to get in the chair. After that it's even more waiting. I have been there nearly 4 hours for maybe 30 minutes of actual treatment. (With little remorse too). Office staff are always clearly stressed & over worked.
Our daughter has had her braces on for at least 4 years now. Dr. Levy is one of the best orthodontist I have ever met, she is very patient and explains everything in detail. Our daughter has had surgery on her bottom incisors, because they were pointing inward, Dr. Levy has been wonderful in bringing them back into place. We want to thank Dr. Levy and her staff for being so wonderful to us for all these years, and putting a perfect smile in our daughters face. We definitely recommend Dr.Levy!
My wife is 55 old needed to do something regarding her teeth as it was really bothering her. Dr. Jessica Chung-Levy is not only a specialist in Orthopedic Dentistry, she is a PERFECTIONIST. Meaning she wants YOU to look and feel PERFECT. Dr. Jessica Chung-Levy, and her entire team are the most professional, caring practitioners that my wife Katie & I have come across.
