I had a terrible experience with Jessica. She started off the visit by calling me "the Tin Man rusting in the rain", did not look at my back or perform an examination (despite her note saying she did), and overall steam rolled me for 40 minutes. I could barely get a word in to advocate for myself and inform her of my situation, and as a fellow Wellspan provider I am deeply saddened by my experience with her. I would avoid her at all costs and consider going elsewhere.
