My experience with Jessica was very positive one. She informed me of the surgical process and shared her own personal health experience that gave me hope on my cervical, 5/30/25 & spinal fusions, 8/20/25. As part of my surgeon Pawel Ochalski, MD team she supported me with my physical therapy thereafter by encouraging me and even requested additional PT sessions to aid my recovery progression. I had a terrible experience with Jessica. She started off the visit by calling me "the Tin Man rusting in the rain", did not look at my back or perform an examination (despite her note saying she did), and overall steam rolled me for 40 minutes. I could barely get a word in to advocate for myself and inform her of my situation, and as a fellow Wellspan provider I am deeply saddened by my experience with her. I would avoid her at all costs and consider going elsewhere.
