I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Basham! After 40 years with beloved providers, I was in a loss when that practice dissolved. I was recommended to Dr. Basham and I could not be happier! Not just with her as a compassionate and knowledgeable physician, but with the entire staff. Everyone was very pleasant…the front desk, the nurse and Dr, Basham. Dr. Basham was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a nice experience.
I used to love it here, but better patient load management is needed. I’m glad she’s doing well, but don’t keep taking on more patients if your current ones can’t get in to see you, in a timely fashion.
