Dr Hainsfurther has been my Dr for several years She truly cares about my health She never rushes my appt I can't say enough positive about her
Dr. Hainsfurther has been my PCP for 8 years, and I have trusted her fully with my health for all 8. She listens without judgement, explains everything thoroughly, and she is delicate but straightforward. She is professional, while approachable and friendly. I’ve gone to her with feminine issues, dermatology referrals, COVID testing and questions, weight management consultations, and much more. I always leave my appointments with Dr. Hainsfurther feeling heard and well taken care of.
I've been with Dr. Hainsfurther since she started at DDA Park Cities, and while most of this time I've been a fairly non-complex patient, that has changed in the past few years. As a healthcare provider myself, I have high expectations when it comes to medical care, and I've been so happy with my care here. In aggregate, she and her staff are incompetent at best. I do believe Dr. Hainesfurther cares about her patients, but just lacks basic skills and understanding of medical issues, albeit I was a complicated patient. I had stressed concern with my other physicians, but was stuck using her due to ongoing, never ending issues, but the last blip was the final straw, the doctor and her nurse lack of prompt care and concern could have killed me, truly.
