While she seemed understanding and professional at first, she later refused to take me or my pain seriously and told me to just take ibuprofen for a medical issue that was leaving me bedridden.

I am advocating for a family member who saw this healthcare provider. Under this provider's care, there were mistakes made from the beginning. Due to a lack of basic critical thinking, a deadly infection spread and hospitalized my family member. Serious complications occurred and could have been prevented if this provider did a basic health screening properly from the beginning. This is inexcusable and should never happen. Seek other medical care if thinking about Jessica Johnston.
