I was having sudden pain and very concerned. Not only did the hospital staff schedule me as soon as they could, but they were all so nice. Very comforting when you're not feeling well. Meeting the doctor, she's just so nice and puts me at ease. I don't feel like I'm speaking to someone "better than me" but a friend or family member who's caring for me.
