Made an appointment for 9:20 am. I was told on the phone to show up at 9:00 am. I completed all pre-visit requirements before my visit. I showed up at 8:45 am, and I was put into an examination room around 9:05 am. I then waited in this room, with no contact or communication from any staff, for over an hour. I left before seeing this doctor because of the egregiously long wait time coupled with the lack of communication about why I was waiting past my appointment time. I underwent nasal polyps removal with Dr. Kandl, and I must say the entire process was exactly as planned. Dr. Kandl was incredibly thorough in explaining what to expect post-operation, which really helped ease any concerns. Her management of the post-operative appointments was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Jessica Kandl is an outstanding Ear Nose and Throat physician. She is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in her field! I was very satisfied with my visit to her practice! Dr. Kandl took the time to explain everything in detail! Also, her office and medical staff were great too!
