From the beginning, Dr. Jeffrey’s approach felt combative and dismissive. She asked pointed questions about my past, seemingly to find reasons to deny treatment, rather than seeking to understand my current needs or context. For example, she accused my previous psychiatrist of misdiagnosing me with ADHD, even though I was diagnosed by someone in her own office after thorough evaluation. There is only 1 board certified psychologist in the office. After a small misunderstanding we were basically dismissed and now we have to find someone else. She was good but we did not click.
Dr. Jeffrey was so wonderful to work with! She really took the time to connect with my child , both personally and professionally.
