She made selling my house hassle free. We didn't even need to go to market. I showed her my home. The projects I started and the few I finished. She told me she had the perfect buyer looking for what I had. The buyer walked through and said they'd take it as-is. Perfect! Within a day I had an offer and we closed a couple months later.
