My mom has been telling her since friday that her insurance no longer covers her diabetic meds. Tuesday after noon Jessica Quinn tells my mom, "oh I just heard about this today. " Tonight my mom is without insulin because Jessica and her office took 5 days to respond to what would become an emergency situation. Jessica provides amazing services. She is extremely thorough and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. She even was willing to come in on her day off to finish my daughter sports physical so she could still participate. I HIGHLY recommend Jessica.
