I trusted my therapist. That was a mistake.
Therapy, great, highly recommend. Billing, major issues! The first time a bill was sent was after approx. 12 weekly visits, no bill before that, immediately said they needed complete payment before kiddo could be seen again. I never did receive a bill to me, only found out later they had been sending bills to my minor child. To this day, I still haven't received a bill. But they sure sent me to collections.
Starting therapy was really hard for me, especially with my history of trauma, but this place made it feel safe. I never felt rushed or pushed, just supported. For the first time, I felt like someone truly understood what I had been carrying. I’ve grown so much and finally feel like I’m healing instead of just surviving. I can’t recommend them enough.
I have not been to the new clinic specifically but Jessica Hunt is AMAZING and so helpful if you are ever in need <3
