No! I am writing for my mom who visited Jessica for follow up today. Mom felt her health needs and concerns were dismissed by Jessica who did not look up from her computer once to "see" my mom. Mom was placed on BP meds a month prior and proactively kept a daily BP log to share at visit. Jessica refused to look at log nor did she acknowledge mom's efforts.
