I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jessica Harmon in the ER at NYU Long Island. I arrived in severe pain with significant symptoms including neck pain radiating down my back and arm, ear fullness, tingling in my legs, and a severe headache. Despite clearly communicating these concerns, many of these symptoms were either inadequately documented or omitted from my medical record entirely. Did absolutely nothing to help a patient who was in severe lower back spasm. Did not even prescribe an MRI to see what was going on. Once the patient could stand they were giving crutches and sending home in an ambulance. Dr clearly stated we just try to get the patient comfortable and send them On their way with a referral to a doctor and who knows how long it will take to get an appointment.
