I can’t recommend Jessica and her staff enough!!! Jessica helped us buy our place in 2015 while were assigned overseas and unable to view the construction or talk directly w/ the builder's representatives. Jessica was amazing! We were first time home buyers and she exceeded expectations with our first home! We had some hiccups with the sellers and she did everything to get us our first home!! She is a 10 and we will use her for our future home purchases as well!!

Jessica is the BEST!!!! So professional and efficient. She helped my parents in the past and when it came time to selling our first home, I knew there wouldn't be anyone else who could execute the task as good as her! She seriously made selling our first home a breeze!!!! Jessica helped us sell our home a few years back in Allen, Tx -- needless to say it sold within hours. We had no idea of another city we wanted to move to. This is an awesome story! However Jessica was the Selling agent to a home my friends was going to buy! My friends had all the money needed for their down payment and closing cost. Which totaled $20k! Jessica was unwilling to work with them with their closing cost. Jessica made comments to their realtor stating "If your clients cannot afford it and we should have taken the other deal!
