I had a prostatectomy in 2011 (performed by a different physician, not Dr Ludlow). I was left with severe incontinence. Dr Ludlow performed artificial urinary sphincter. I drive 2 hrs to receive care from him and I would not have it any other way. He is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I have seen and is an expert in placing the AUS. He gave me my life back.
Dr. Hafner has a terrific demeanor! She is a delight! She is knowledgeable, proactive and efficient! I was treated so well by herself and the entire staff!
My favorite Dr. Hafner story is that she called me on her cell phone while running up stairs. "I'm sorry I'm out of breath, but I knew you'd want to know your results." She understood that a 70 year-old woman, new to the area, had placed her full trust in her, and she never let me down. I can't say enough about her competence and caring. I recommend her and her team with infinite gold stars. She told me breast cancer was a bump in the road, and thanks to her, it was.
Amazing, kind and very knowledgeable. Quick to get results back from her, not an assistant, but Dr. Hafner called herself. That was helpful so when I had questions she could answer now and not make me wait for a returned call.
Love love love Dr. Hafner! She did a pehnomial job of explaining my surgery and what to expect and took such good care of me! She is so full of energy and you can tell she has such a passion for what she does! Definitely will go to her again if need be!
At a time when I felt I had important decisions to make, Dr. Hafner was available to see me and give me a clear picture of what my best options were. She was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything well. She doesn't rush through your consultation time, but is very concerned about you, the patient, and wants to make sure all your questions are answered. Her post-op follow up was excellent as well. I would highly recommend her to others.
I dont think there is enough wonderful things to say about Dr. Hafner! I am so bless that i was referred to her. If i had my pick of all of the surgeons i still would have picked her. She explains things in such a way that i could understand. Her bedside manner is the best I've seen from any physician. You can tell she loves what she does and it shows in her work.

Dr. Hafner came highly recommended to me by medical professionals. From initial consultation to surgery follow up she was great. It took me two visits with other surgeons and a trip to holland to find this gem of a surgeon. She stressed that my gallbladder be removed even though symptoms had silenced a bit. Other surgeons said “no symptoms no problems.” Come to find out pathology report showed precancerous cells. Now I know why she was recommended to me, she’s wonderful.
