Jessica is extremely professional, talented, and responsive. She was a step ahead at all times, and we were able to obtain a great price and close quickly without any drama. She said to us that her real job starts "when the contract is signed," and I thought this was really good insight, as there were many tasks that could have derailed the closing that but for Jess's dedication.
