The whole office is very nice. The doctor took the time to explain how and why about the procedure which was nice. It’s serious business, but I have a high level of confidence that all will turn out well.
Everyone was super friendly, comforting, and helpful. And the snacks were awesome. Keep up the good work.
My first procedure by Dr. Dorsey went swimmingly. Both Dr. Dorsey and her assistant Nelly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. We had fun conversations while she quietly and competently removed a skin cancer, and I never felt anything. It will be great if I never have to see Dr. Dorsey again, but if I do, I will know I'm in good hands, and will probably almost enjoy the experience.
