Jess was so easy to work with and incredibly communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable. We were first time home buyers and she guided us/gave advice and explained every step of the process. She was very accessible and frequently communicated with us as well as our attorney and lender as needed, which was one less thing we needed to do! I would highly recommend Jess to anyone buying a home but especially first time home buyers who don’t know where to start!
We are admittedly picky buyers, which is difficult in this housing market. Jessica Crowell was extremely helpful and patient. We were amazed that she was able to show us any house that we were interested in, on our schedule. She got the answers to all of our questions and even some we hadn’t thought of. Buying and selling was a very smooth process thanks to Jessica’s expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommended to anyone buying and or selling a house.
