I did not have a good experience at Jessica Creations. She does not have good customer service skills. She spoke very poorly about my mother to other customers over a basic bangle exchange situation. Really disappointed. My family and I won’t be returning here and I don’t suggest anyone who wants basic respect and good customer service to give their hard earned money to this shop.
