I found Dr. Chan to be delightful, professional, caring and helpful. I have had several health issues that she is helping me with and thought she was very nice.
DO NOT SEE Jessica Chan! Wasted 4 months of what I thought would be my recuperation from a health crisis. Went to this doctor with a serious condition I’ve been dealing with on top of being a type 1 diabetic. She did not listen at all to what I had to say! Didn’t care about my symptoms at all and didn’t even construct a plan of how I was going to get better. Basically told me to my face she wasn’t gonna help. Awful. Jessica Chan wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t listen to my concerns or come up with a treatment plan. She told me there was nothing she could do even though this is her specialty. Find a doctor who will listen and want to help. I spent more time crying after the appointment feeling helpless than I did at the appointment with her.
