I have had the privilege of working with Jessica as a peer. She is such a dynamic therapist who works in a nonjudgemental, eclectic, and laid-back way to help individuals overcome their anxiety and trauma. She uses EMDR and a lot of other evidence-based modalities. She cares deeply for her clients and wants them to experience the lives they want without feeling guilty for getting them.
