I just have to say that Jessica is definitely the first realtor I will recommend to anybody looking to buy or sell. We had some unique challenges in our path to buying a house, but she was very patient and effective and experienced in everything we encountered. We got a very good deal on our beautiful home. Highly recommended.

Jessica will tell you the truth, which is all that really matters in the end. She'll tell you when the house you're in love with isn't the flawless gem you think is, and you'll wake up a week later and realize that she was right. Hire Jessica, and you'll be grateful to have her on your side sharing her counsel. We would have been lost without her. Five stars isn't enough.
Jessica is the absolute best! I highly recommend her if you are planning to buy or sell a home. She helped us purchase our first house and we relied on her again years later when we decided to sell. She's so knowledgeable and has great recommendations for timing and marketing. Our home sale was somewhat complicated but she made what could have become a stressful situation, a seamless and smooth process. Our home sold within days for a price we were very happy with.
Jessica did an incredible job helping us find our first house. She was extremely patient, took us to dozens of homes, pointed out the pros and cons of each, and ultimately helped us get the best price for the one we all agreed was best (below asking! in this economy!) Most helpful was her honest opinion about when a house just wasn't worth the asking price.
