Definitely 5 stars for ME and my family. I came to be a client almost a year ago and some therapists just seem disingenuous TBH. Fortunately, that’s not what I found here. I was warmly welcomed along with my three children which were all dealing with some life changing events as well as my personal unrelated mental health struggles. Messy, disorganized and unprofessional. By far the worst therapist I’ve ever encountered. From same day appointment cancellations, to deflecting to her “assistant” when we let her know she sent a confirmation for an appointment we had not scheduled. Lacks accountability and showed poor communication skills. Joined in on a patient-patient discussion, picked sides and started yelling at one of the patients. This happened twice.
