I been on a mental health journey for years. I have seen a few therapist though recommendations, online, over the phone. I randomly found Jessica on Google and I am extremely grateful. Messy, disorganized and unprofessional. By far the worst therapist I’ve ever encountered. From same day appointment cancellations, to deflecting to her “assistant” when we let her know she sent a confirmation for an appointment we had not scheduled. Lacks accountability and showed poor communication skills. Joined in on a patient-patient discussion, picked sides and started yelling at one of the patients. This happened twice.
