Very kind, listened without rushing. Was also efficient and explained things well
Wonderful doctor she takes care of our entire family. Dr.Lord takes the time to answer all our questions as well as discuss and consider our personal input and insights, we never feel rushed through the visit. She does a thorough examination as well as further testing if needed and provides an easy to understand explanation of her diagnosis in addition to next steps if improvement isn’t seen. Great to meet a doctor who doesn’t think they know everything about you based off your chart.
