When my husbsnd and I visit home we always stop in at our favorite Restaurant Jess's. The best food and service and very nice atmosphere .. Go to Jess's you will love it.
Great steaks and the duck was super. Ambience (Nice live music), great owner interaction and if ask for Ramona, Gardiner or Daniella as your server, you will find the real secret of the place. Excellent service at the point of sale is the final hook. Growing up in NOLA brings back so many memories when I see their decor. You must go!

I had the tuna tartar, it was excellent but wished I had ordered son's mahi mahi with the creamy crab topping. Maybe the best thing I have ever tasted. Second time to visit was as enjoyed as the first and we'll come back for certain.
Just had a marvelous and tasty Mardi Gras lunch at Jesse's in Magnolia Springs!!! We started with the Crabcake appetizer- which always makes us want more! The sauce is just right. The Jesse's burger with cheddar and bacon was huge and perfect, the shrimp-n-grits is always delicious, but today's special- a turkey Reuben with special slaw- was my favorite!!! Great job, Brooks Cannon!!! We were planning what we will get next time on the drive home! :)
