The service was wonderful. The food was Great. We had 10 in our party and everyone was pleased with the quality of the food.

Jesse's in Magnolia Springs should be listed as a national landmark. I have had many meals there and it is a treat every trip. Disclaimer: I play jazz every Thursday in the cozy Cold Hole so I am a little biased but I can say without reservation that Jesse's is a 5 star dining experience! I always tell people that Jesse's is off the beaten path but once you've been there you never forget how to get back!
Great ribeye! Could have had more than a small handful of potatoes at the price. I was completely finished when waiter came to replenish my tea.
This was our first time to Jesse's and these New Orleans "foodies" were very impressed. Can you say smoked duck and goat cheese eggrolls, bone-in king's cut filet, Parmesan risotto with sautéed shallot Demi-glaze ...we will be back. There was not one thing that was just ok and the service and atmosphere were great.
