Contacted Jesse’s heating & air and they were able to come out on a service call the very next day. The day after they replaced our entire AC unit. They were easy to get a hold of and arrived at the times they said they would. He followed up with us a few days later to see how well the unit worked and provided a new thermostat.10/10 service

Charged 275 for a capacitor replacement. Said the part was 150, and that he charges 100 an hour. The part is almost certainly not 150, the replacement took minutes, said the diagnosis was factored in. Felt like I was taken advantage of because it was hot and the house was my grandfather's who is on Hospice care. I felt like 200 was fair because they responded quickly and were working in the sun for about an hour all together.
