The initial install was great. The tech advised I had one year of warranty and to call with any needs. I called within the year to advise I had someone move out so I needed the garage door opener reset. I had reset the actual device myself but was not sure how to reset the portable opener. I shared all this during my call with the office staff - mentioning the one year of service. They said no problem, sent someone, and proceeded to invoice me for the service call. Came out to do the estimate same day I called and fixed my garage door by the next day. Their quote was detailed so you know what you are paying for and reasonably priced.
Found this business online from a random search and chose them based solely on their reviews. These gentlemen are courteous, timely, and abundantly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with their quality of work and the price was very reasonable with no hidden costs. I would honestly give them more stars if I could. Highly, highly recommend!
