William was excellent! He helped me a ton with all of his expertise. Danielle was great getting me scheduled for an appointment as well as giving me a courtesy call when William wa on the way!
Known that Tech Fix has been in Ocala for years first time going there and I am glad I did! Dropped phone while back no cracked screen but phone act off. Sometimes would charge other times not. Tech Fix opened it up found that battery came lose . $25 and I have my phone back, like brand new. Thank you Tech Fix !
I had came in to have my ps5 fixed and things went very smoothly and it was done in no time. The cost wasn't bad at all and needless to say it runs great now. I appreciate the hard work.
