I remember the courteous and friendly manner in which I was treated in your office (I think I remember the date to be: April 2011?) I was disappointed that due to insurance problems, I was unable to recieve the care/surgery that I so desperately needed. (If you ever decide that you can see your way to provide the aforementioned care -pro-bono/or at an extremely low cost- i would be eternally grateful) I wish you and your staff a blessed day.
