He revealed that he thought that me being physically shorter meant I was automatically an inferior and unintelligent person.
Dr Winn cancelled my son’s appointment two days before the appt date after we had it scheduled for nearly a year out. The Dr.’s actual office/receptionist couldn’t be bothered with contacting me personally, and instead had our case manager make the call to break the news. We waited many months to be seen and my son scheduled off work for this appt and I altered my schedule. No concern or care shown to scheduled patients. They didn’t even give us a new date.
