I've been working with Juliette Welch at this agency for years and she is the best. She has gone above and beyond to help me out so many times I've lost count. Every time I've needed something explained to me she's there with the answers. Any time I need something or a complication comes up with a transaction, she solves it. She follows up, and she follows through, all with grace and kindness.
I tried to schedule a viewing tonight with Will Robertson, and because I was driving an hour to see the property, I called ahead to confirm he’d still be there. He told me he’d be there until 5, but added that he “can’t stay there all night,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
