The worst place you could ever use after a car accident, I was in a car accident and customer care. They were nice and really involved in trying to help. Horrible customer service! Interested in becomming a new customer for a 2025 Cadillac that I just bought. Stay away from this agent! Tried to contact the Buford office (the closest to me) to get a quote. Waited on hold for over 15mins. Finaly somebody from Atlanta answered (with poor English) and could not put me in touch with someone from the Buford office. Said it was closed. I could not get a human being to help me.
Horrible customer service from Peter in this office. Unprofessional, lack of care and service. Hung up without letting me finish no care in the world about me asking for clarification on questions, yawning every other second.
Was unhappy with my insurance company driving up my rates so I decided to shop around and found Jesse at Geico. I'm glad I did. Jesse was well knowledged very professional and no pressure quotes giving me the customer what I needed. So thanks you saved me money both on my bike and auto insurance. I am a review reader so if any of you that read this and if you feel your paying to much for insurance go get a quote from Jesse I'm glad I did. Thanks again.
