I visited with Dr. Dunkle as a new patient after my Primary Care Physician had retired. Dr. Dunkle reviewed every health issue I had and made recommendations for blood work and follow up. I found him thorough and informative. I like Dr. Dunkle. In fact when my wife's Physician retired, I referred her to Dr. Dunkle.
Dr Dunkle is an excellent primary care doctor. Great listener, great questions, clear communicator. He's a super addition to ARC.
I just went in once to establish him as a doctor and get a flu shot. And for that, I paid $40 co-pay and got a $189 bill?!? $60+ for the flu shot. BCBSTX advertises those as free. If you’re going to charge me, at least give me a heads up. I tried to call in to check on it. The first time, I waited for 30 minutes just to have someone hang up on me. Then, I had to call in and wait again just to be told everything was correct. Now, I have to try BCBSTX. I have little hope there.
