If I could give zero stars I would. I am new to the area and honestly should have known better for my neighbor had informed me that this jewlery store ruined a peice from Efy she brought in. All I needed was for the battery on an old watch to be replaced and I was driving by so I thought to myself self how can anyone screw that up. Best customer service EVER! I dropped off an Atocha ring and bracelet for polishing, and they did an amazing job. Jesse’s daughter is the one who assisted me and she was delightful to work with!
