Dr. Yurgelon shows compassion and truly listens. He is knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand manner.
Dr. Yurgelon is a class act. Professional, courteous, and caring. He is always on time, explains your options and procedures thoroughly, and never rushes you out. Really everything you'd expect in a doctor and then some.
Great "bedside manner" in that you feel comfortable in talking with him. I had a broken 5th M from an accident and he explained the break, possible scenarios to fix it, the complications and procedure, and his success rate/experience. His personality is easy going/confident but not business like. Very easy to communicate with i.e., someone you would enjoy meeting outside of the office.
