Best ice cream around! Very friendly staff
Every time I come here the employees are very passive aggressive towards me and it leaves me feeling bad about myself, because what did I do..? If it just happened once before I would brush it off as them having a bad day, but every single time I’ve been here the employees are always rude. For instance, the first time I went there someone greeted my family and I, and we all said hello back. For some reason, the employee who greeted us continually kept greeting us more and more aggressively each time as if we didn’t hear her.... read more
I really do like the ice cream provided here. However, the one time I decide to fill up my cup full, the staff stopped being friendly and polite, and simply refused to add a tiny bit of the boba topping I wished for, while saying under their breath “you should get less ice cream if you want toppings”. There wasn’t even a suggestion from the employees to get toppings on the side, they simply refused my ask in a rude manner.
