Called the company to schedule service because our A/C was out, and they responded with a service call later the same day. Our technician Brian diagnosed the issue and explained everything to me. He was able to complete the repair the same day. As a courtesy, he also let me know about an issue with my furnace filter size. It was a very positive experience and I would use this company again in the future.

Jessie owens has done me right every time I've needed help...Brian is a very kind and knowledgeable tech who will explain what needs done while he does it...wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Appointment was set when I called office and Brian the tech provided a courtesy call when he was headed our direction that day. He provided diagnosis and explained why the furnace had issues. He had us up and going temporarily in no time and let us know that the part that was needed had been ordered and someone would contact me when the part arrived and to set up a second appointment for the repair. Jesse Owens Heating and Air came highly recommended by my parents. When our air conditioner went out, they were able to work me in to an already busy day. They arrived, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed right away! The techs were super friendly and knowledgeable, and the charges were reasonable. It was the best experience. I'll definitely be using them again!
