Appointment was set when I called office and Brian the tech provided a courtesy call when he was headed our direction that day. He provided diagnosis and explained why the furnace had issues. He had us up and going temporarily in no time and let us know that the part that was needed had been ordered and someone would contact me when the part arrived and to set up a second appointment for the repair. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable & efficient. Really not much more you can ask from a company. Diagnosed, ordered and installed our inducer motor within just a few days (parts and small towns take time). These folks are great and the young woman that schedules the appointments is incredibly patient. Big thanks to her. Definitely our new go to for our HVAC needs.

We had a new ac unit installed today. The service techs were super friendly and made sure it worked before they left. They cleaned up after themselves. The sweet lady in the office (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was polite, patient, and helpful. We definitely recommend Jesse Owens for your heating and cooling needs.
