Jesse and his team have blessed us tremendously this winter. We had a new morning stove installed in the spring and unfortunately in November it started acting up. And the company we bought it from wasn't being of help. Jesse and his crew worked diligently with the manufacturer and after alot of troubleshooting and much communication as well as new gas lines,chimney work, etc etc we finally have heat. Called the company to schedule service because our A/C was out, and they responded with a service call later the same day. Our technician Brian diagnosed the issue and explained everything to me. He was able to complete the repair the same day. As a courtesy, he also let me know about an issue with my furnace filter size. It was a very positive experience and I would use this company again in the future.
We have had them to our home so many times and always so nice and helpful. Have had our ac system and hot water heater replaced by them and couldn't be happier with the results each time
Appointment was set when I called office and Brian the tech provided a courtesy call when he was headed our direction that day. He provided diagnosis and explained why the furnace had issues. He had us up and going temporarily in no time and let us know that the part that was needed had been ordered and someone would contact me when the part arrived and to set up a second appointment for the repair. Jessie owens has done me right every time I've needed help...Brian is a very kind and knowledgeable tech who will explain what needs done while he does it...wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
