I used a realtor, Rosanna Mao, that was under James Tan for her first sale and it was of my home. She didn't do her job and said the things I wanted fixed under the addendum were complete at time of sale, I am a nurse and single mom to 5 kids and was working a COVID job, trusting they were doing their job and I got screwed over. We are so grateful that we had James as our selling agent. He was AWESOME. He was initially recommended to us by our previous neighbor. James is responsive, responsible, and most importantly, he knows the business. He met us at the house and gave us recommendations on renovations/repairs and price, all of which proved to be valid and effective.
