I love all the staff at OrthoCarolina. Yesterday I saw 8 different staff members on my visit to see Dr. Jesse Otero. Every single person I saw was so friendly. Dr Artero explained everything to me and believe me I asked alot of questions. He was so easy to talk to and some of my questions were very personal. I had my first consult with Dr. Otero In advance of a knee replacement. He had a positive attitude and provided reassurance that the necessary preparation I need to make will be successful.He also said he would take great care of my knees Which helped me feel confident. His communications after the appointment were thorough. He had an ortho fellow who also provided solid information before I saw the doctor.
I have just started seeing Dr Otero but I like him and he is up beat and positive. He listens and answers your questions. I requested him as a doctor because he had treated a friend and he was highly recommended.
