Just purchased a condo in Playa Vista with Jesse. He either always had the answers or he immediately hunted them down. The whole escrow process was made easy for me. He connected me to everyone I needed to do a Reverse 1031 Exchange, house inspections, contractors, house cleaners... And was there every step of the way. Now he's doing the same thing for me as I sell my house. And the icing on the total-competence cake, is that he's a genuinely nice person.
