I've seen some of the properties and I have seen some of the prices for these properties an wow.. I pay a heck of alot less for a heck of alot more with better quality.. Ownership is Key. Renting is not. Also a VERY POS Landlord
Awesome place to rent from! Anytime you need anything or have a maintenance concern they are quick to get back to you and fix the problem. I definitely recommend renting from here if you get the opportunity!
