I've seen some of the properties and I have seen some of the prices for these properties an wow.. I pay a heck of alot less for a heck of alot more with better quality.. Ownership is Key. Renting is not. Also a VERY POS Landlord
Awesome place to rent from! Anytime you need anything or have a maintenance concern they are quick to get back to you and fix the problem. I definitely recommend renting from here if you get the opportunity!

Jesse Ballew is the best landlord I've had in this area. I've rented from them for over 3 yrs now and have no complaints at all. When I call for maintenance the problem is always fixed. Recently I was in the hospital and when I got discharged my heat wasn't working. I called them after hours and they came immediately! My furnace was repaired and I had heat within 2 hours. Thank you for being so prompt and compassionate! Yall are the best!!
