She did an amazing job! She was very professional and patient. She was also able to explain things to me in a way I could understand.
All the staff was very nice and friendly. They actually took the time to listen to my concerns,not just hear what I was saying.... But, actually listened to me. And put together a plan to find out exactly, how to resolve my problems and concerns.
