Jennifer is the best! Always get compliments on my hair and color.
They don’t answer their phone, call back or respond to texts, like they claim. Who has time for this place.
The Salon has a good vibe but the stylists are on their game. Taylor immediately understood my hair type, how to cut and layer it even though it’s curly, I wear it straight most of the time. Most stylist never blow it out completely dry so it ends up frizzing or kinking or poofy. Neither time did I have to go home wash and re dry my hair so for me that’s a huge win!
I’ve had wonderful experiences with Taylor. She has colored my hair and I also bought two halos that she customized for me. She is fun and bubbly and amazing at color. My dark blonde is perfect. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful experiences at Jess Salon!
