Jess always does amazing!
Awful, they butchered my poor sisters hair. My mom didn’t want to post but my sister got a coupon for a free hair cut never again! My sister was supposed to get her dead ends cut off and they lady was told to only do three inches and screwed it up and ending up taking up 12 inches!! They had two people on each side I of her head trying to fix the disaster they made! And the manager was even worse!
