When I tell you Jess is IT, I mean it. I’ve been going to her for a year and a half now and since moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana, I’ve had my nails done at other places and loathed the experience. AMAZING TALENT. Clean chill environment.
I’m all for supporting and trying new places but how can you do that if you can never get a response? It’s hard to become a customer when you can’t get an answer on the phone and the time I stopped by place was closed yet said open. Guess I’ll spend my money somewhere else.
